By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. bociltoto reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting this requirement until verification is complete.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bociltoto regarding your use of the platform. Any oral or written representations not explicitly stated in this document carry no legal effect. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bociltoto. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bociltoto will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity unless you have promptly reported a loss of account access to our support team.
User Responsibilities
- Users must use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Users may not distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent through the platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in Malaysia.
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or defraud the platform or other users may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bociltoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). bociltoto accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX, online banking, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account tier.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification. bociltoto reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for compliance purposes before processing high-value withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same account holder.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by bociltoto are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits form part of the bonus conditions that must be met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. bociltoto reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through means that do not comply with the stated conditions.

Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk. bociltoto is not liable for any financial decisions made by users based on their use of the platform. Users bear full responsibility for any losses incurred.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, graphics, and other elements on the bociltoto platform are the property of bociltoto or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from bociltoto.
Third-Party Links & Services

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bociltoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, providing false information, fraud, use of bots or automated software, attempting to manipulate games, or involvement in money laundering.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bociltoto reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or bonuses in that account. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the bociltoto support team for a case review within 30 days of the suspension date.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bociltoto reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
